Congratulations to Colin on 40 years as a Catenian

Congratulations to Colin who was presented with his 40 year scroll by Roger Lillie, Director of Province 11 at the November Circle meeting. Roger paid tribute to Colin's service to the Catenian Association.

During Colin's time as a Catenian, he has held the office of President, Vice President, and Secretary.
