President's Dinner
The President's Dinner on 30th March 2019 was a wonderful evening, marking the end of Pat Quigley's presidential year.
One of Pat's nominated charities was Aid To The Church In Need and we were privileged for John Pontifex from that organisation to be our guest for the evening. Pat presented a cheque for £600 to the Charity and John gave a very moving and thought provoking speech about the tremendous work being done by Aid to the Church in Need in Syria.
To mark the end of Pat's year as Circle president, he and Julia were presented with gifts as a token of thanks.
Walter and Peter ran the raffle during the evening; all proceeds went to the Presidents charities.
