Itchenor 2018

There were 18 on the trip and after a cup of coffee in a local pub, the first thing arranged was a trip on a electric boat from Itchenor. Unfortunately the weather decided to be very wet and squally. The boat could not run so we went back to the pub to dry off and have a coffee and chat.

By the time we got to our next stop, Birdham Marina, the rain had stopped and we were able to go and look at the boats. Our next stop was Chichester Marina which is huge. After spending a little time there we went for our lunch at The Old House at Home pub in Chidham. We had an excellent lunch and again lots of chat. It was about 4pm by the time we had finished lunch and started our return home. It was a really good, companionable day despite the weather.
